a fun loving boy travels to america where he falls in love with a sheltered amarican girl. it takes place in the 1960's, the years of anti-war protest. the film title and main characters are named after different beatles songs.
a perfect combitnation of good and evil. an adventurous boy and a goody good school girl. falling in love and being torn apart over and over again. like a dramatic roller coaster.
ex)the first time they meet in lucys brothers car, jude seems so tough with his body language and expression. but lucy just bounces in the car turns around and says" hi. im lucy".
the themes represented are love. "all you need is love". it is clearly showed between every
single character. they may love in different ways but at the end of the movie are all involved in it. lucy and jude. jude a bad boy from liverpool searching for his father in america stumbles across a free loving school girl, who would love nothing than to please her parents. its a great contrast. the style of the movie less than describes the lifestyle of jude. fun loving, carefree, light hearted and individualized.



matilda

dislike

a little grows up with a terrible family life. she is the outsider. the only one that would rather got to school and read books than watch tv and eat snacks. she finally goes to schools and has the best teacher. her and her teacher bond and her teacher ends up adopting her,
matilda must teach herself to read since know one at home seems to care. she has to walk herself to library and walk her self home. she later will find out she has magical powers allowing her to move objects using her brain. but this in know way really helps matilda with her horrible life.
ex) shes at home eating when her brother makes a rude comment. he throws a carrot at her. she stops it in mid air , turns it around and all with her mind might i add aims it right for his mouth.
the theme convyed in this movie is. little girls who have bad lives get adopted and have magic powers? i dont know just sounds like another stupid plot to me.
matilda- a young girl, friendless, living a life not meant for her. ms. honey- matildas teacher who (of course) comes to matildas rescue at the end and adopts her.(as if we didnt see that one coming.)
horribly put together. not even a "family" movie. dont make your children suffer through this sutpid movie. save the quailty time.

well...
i would discuss the gay rights adn civil union, i just am so happy that he is for civil union. although no where in the bible does it say that it is against the religon so i think he should support gay marriage and civil union.. even if they are exteremly similar.
i hope that we will have a rich country once again, also i hope that more ppl will have the power to run for president no matter sex or color.
in 20 years..
wow thats hard.
i really dont no . its a toss up. we could be an extremely rich country or we could go into another depression. i hope that we are equally wealthy but who knows because once obama is out of office everything could go wither uphill or downhill according to the president. its hard to even predict because we dont know who is thinking about runnining even. lets all hope that its not gonna be sarah palin.

bob marley: a poet within the name.

Life and Jah are one in the same. Jah is the gift of existence. I am in some way eternal, I will never be duplicated. The sigularity of every man and woman is Jah's gift. What we struggle to make of it is our sole gift to Jah. The process of what that struggle becomes, in time, the Truth.

although bob marley has alternitive motives for his writing , his writing is beautiful. look at the way in which he speaks his words, so elegant but yet not that he does it on purpose. he loves living and the "feeling" of life. he is a ro'model is the essence of writing and in the way of living r life like ur ready to die at any moment because u are so satisfyied with what u have acomplished.

well so far i have one title that i really like

im bloggin about my brothers death and i was like 10 when he died so i named my story
"an unfamiliar death"

an unfamiliar death

the part that i need help on is the following duh... haha
i actually mainly just need help on the ending.. as of now its
"death unfamiliar to a 10 yr old girl in 5th grade now learning to deal with it everyday of her life."

- the narrative is about someone close to me that passed, and how i was young and didnt no how to deal with it correctly. so how could i say that in a simplistically non corny way.
